The booking procedure for arranging and fixing your visit to the Victory Hall is a simple 3 stage process:
Stage 1
Visit the pages within this site and decide, the following:
Do you require the main hall, the smaller room or both? Will you need to use the kitchen? How many seats and tables will you require? Will you be providing your own entertainment and if so, what? Will you require the use of the Club bar? What day and date do you want to book? What time will you need access from and - ideally - to?
Also make a note of absolutely anything else you think may be relevant. Too much info is better than too little.
Stage 2
Phone the club on 01565-872451 and ask for the steward (Gary Hammond) or, in his absence, the assistant steward (Lesley Parker). Tell Gary or Lesley the requirements you have from stage one and between you, you will be able to agree the arrangements for your visit and the costs involved.
Stage 3
The Club will confirm your booking in writing and send you a booking form - ‘the contract’ - which will explain the obligations of both parties.
Once your deposit and signed booking form are received back, the arrangements are set in stone and you can sit back and wait for your visit to our club.
